and treasure.
H.O.T. Air Balloons was formed in 1994 with its first four-man balloon flying over Henley on Thames. I took on the ownership of the company in 2000; not the most auspicious time to buy a ballooning company, as just before the main season was to start the foot and mouth crisis began and we were grounded for over a year! It was a very difficult start, but despite all the initial problems my enthusiasm is undiminished.
In the time that I have been running H.O.T. Air Balloons, the company has gained a reputation for friendliness and customer care of which I am very proud.

We think ballooning is great fun, and we do our utmost to ensure that our passengers have the most enjoyable and memorable experience possible.
I have flown in various countries, amongst others Italy, Syria and Switzerland but the anticipation and excitement before each flight over the beautiful scenery of my home ground, still knows no bounds.
Flying alongside me will be my Chief Pilot “captain”, Robin Batchelor and our experienced team.
